Dinner Menu

Our delicious healthy vegan dinner menu was designed by award winning chef Jamie Lee, with the aim of making all of the dishes an equal balance of healthiness and tastiness . All of our dishes are vegan/vegetarian and made using only fresh natural ingredients.

 Day 1

BREAKFAST

- Buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, fresh fruits, granola, vegan yoghurt and toast

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit

3 COURSE DINNER

- Chickpea, carrot and green bean salad

- Thai massaman curry with jasmin and cauliflower rice

- Option from the desert menu including vegan brownie, banana bread, ice cream or sorbet

 Day 2

BREAKFAST

- Buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, fresh fruits, granola, vegan yoghurt and toast

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit

3 COURSE DINNER

- Nachos with tomato salsa, guacamole and humous

- Chilli sin carne

- Option from the desert menu including vegan brownie, banana bread, ice cream or sorbet

 Day 3

BREAKFAST

- Buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, fresh fruits, granola, vegan yoghurt and toast

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit

- Gezpacho

- Vegan green pesto pasta with garlic bread

- Option from the desert menu including vegan brownie, banana bread, ice cream or sorbet

 Day 4

BREAKFAST

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit

- Apple, walnut and avocado salad

- Spicy vegan fajitas

 Day 5

BREAKFAST

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit

- Humous platter with warm pittas

- Tomato & white wine risotto

 Day 6

BREAKFAST

- Buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, fresh fruits, granola, vegan yoghurt and toast

LUNCH

- Packed lunch with a falafel wrap or salad, cereal bar and fruit
